Consulting
A consulting path to assess the company's competitiveness and orient strategic decisions.
The context
The technological transformation we are witnessing is unprecedented.
- ▸Artificial Intelligence is modifying information asymmetries and rules of the game
- ▸Ecosystems are replacing sectors and traditional supply chains
- ▸The creation and distribution of value are being reconfigured
- ▸Decision-making complexity exceeds traditional approaches and metrics
How we work together
To address this context I propose a progressive path, designed to accompany the entrepreneur and board from an initial reading of the situation to a possible ongoing advisory relationship.
Phase 0
Free Online Assessment
An initial guided self-assessment conducted entirely online to focus on some key elements of the business situation and generate an initial reading base.
Phase 1
Initial Diagnosis
If there is interest in deepening, the assessment is integrated with a reading of the competitive context, a preliminary analysis of the competitive position, and a structured diagnostic interview.
Output
A Diagnostic Letter that clarifies position, critical issues, and priorities.
Strategic decision node
From this phase, three possible directions normally emerge: strengthening the capacity to compete independently, evaluating alliances, partnerships, acquisitions, or considering a transition or exit path.
Phase 2
Strategic Analysis
Structured deepening of the nodes that emerged in the diagnosis. May include, as needed: competitive scenario and positioning, ecosystem position, partnership and M&A opportunities, A.I. impact and approach, data and sensors as a strategic development lever.
Output
A Position Paper with analysis, options, and implications.
Phase 3
Ongoing Advisory
Optional ongoing support to the entrepreneur and board in top-level decisions. Not operational implementation, but accompaniment in reading the context, evaluating alternatives, and governing the path.
The point is not to do more. It's to decide better.
Do you have a strategic challenge that deserves a high-level counterpart?
Let's talk.
